Infertility causes identified and remedied - Bonny H,  Calgary,AB

I had no experience or knowledge of any alternative medicine. As a health care worker I tended to follow Western treatment protocols, until I found myself on a 6 month long wait list to seek treatment at the Fertility Clinic. My cycle was abnormally short, and my ovulation dates were occurring late in my cycle. I had also suffered from increasingly debilitating menstrual pain. Anxious to not delay starting a family, and preferring to not need hormonal therapy to regulate my cycle, I started to seek out alternatives. I was immediately comforted by his soft spoken, calm nature. He assessed me and my random symptoms like cold feet, night sweats and painful periods and diagnosed me with a cold uterus. After 5 months of acupuncture sessions and Chinese herbs, my cycle normalized. Eventually the fertility clinic confirmed my endometriosis and slowing fertility due to my age but was pleased that my cycle had normalized. My husband also received abnormal test results and we were advised our best chances would be IVF. He saw Dr. Han for 3 months of treatments and after this time, was retested and his results improved. That month we also became pregnant naturally and are awaiting the arrival of our son. We can't wait to bring him to meet the wonderful Dr. Han!
