Is green tea healthy for you?

Though green tea is capable of detoxifying the body, green tea is not actually suitable for everybody.  It can cause diarhea for some people because of its cooling nature, and so it may be aggravating for people who suffer from IBS, as just one example.  

So even though some foods are considered 'healthy,' that doesn't mean that they are suitable for everyone.  Another example is spicy food.  Overeating spicy food like hot chilies, even though they are very high in vitamin C, can cause constipation, hermorrhoids, heartburn, ulcers or even skin conditions.
